2 consecutive companies missing from API, incorporated 17-Mar-2017

The following two companies incorporated on 17-Mar-2017 appear in the URI but not in the API:

http://data.companieshouse.gov.uk/doc/company/10677097.html
http://data.companieshouse.gov.uk/doc/company/10677098.html

They have consecutive company numbers, suggesting that they were incorporated very close together in time on that day. My question is this:

Is there some kind of bug in your system, or human involvement leading to human error, that would lead to the omission of companies from the API?

We are investigating the cause of the error to ensure we understand the failure and put steps in place to ensure this does not keep occurring. The two companies in question are now available through the API.
