502 Bad Gateway Errors

Hi

We were receiving a lot of errors from the API on Thursday and Friday last week, so many we’ve had to let our customers know that the Company House functionality from our application is unavailable at present.

I was also unable to login as I received the same 502 Bad Gateway error, so couldn’t even raise the issue.

I’m now able to login. So have the problems been resolved? Or is this a known issue?

Hi Sara,

This issue should be resolved now. I can only apologise we had a number of customers who were hitting the service with high volumes and unusual search queries.
