502 Bad Gateway, when accessing Developer Sign in page

I am currently trying to access the developer signin page (https://developer.companieshouse.gov.uk/developer/signin) and have been receiving 502 Bad Gateway when trying to login to the developer portal (this has been happening for at least the last two days and is still happening now).

I have seen the reports here which seem to infer there were issues that have been resolved…

This is what I am trying to do:
Open the URL https://developer.companieshouse.gov.uk/api/docs/search/companies/companysearch.html (displays correctly)
Signing in as myself using the link at the bottom or top of the page (very slow and sometimes allows access, other times fails with a 502 Bad Gateway error )

When it does login I try to request a API key and it always displays a 502 Bad Gateway error.

At this point i am not accessing the API i am just trying to login the the developer portal to get a API key.

Please could someone investigate this issue?

Thanks in advance!

I have restarted the developer site application this morning and have been able to sign in. Please try again and let me know if this is resolved. Please accept my apologies for this inconvenience.

Thanks Steve, it appears to be working now.

Hi - I also seem to be getting this today.

This is now resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

this seems to be happening again… Want to sign up for developer account, but get a 502 instead.

Can somebody please take a look? Thank you!

Best regards,
Guus

I have just restarted the developer website. Please could you try again.
We had issues with our cloud provider yesterday which affected a number of services.

Hi Mark, yeah that seems to have worked. Thank you!
