Dissolution date in the future

This company has Dissolution date set in the future, but only in data.companieshouse.gov.uk endpoint “ALMA PROPERTY SERVICES LIMITED”:

This endpoint shows dissolution date 12/07/2019:

http://data.companieshouse.gov.uk/doc/company/05113542

The endpoint beta.companieshouse.gov.uk shows (probably) correct dissolution date 27 March 2019:

There is obviously some human error involved in entering the filing dates. Look at the Filing History and you will see a filing made in the future: “12 Jul 2019”. This is a scanned PDF Gazette Notice which states that the company was dissolved on “12/07/18”. Assuming that is DD/MM/YY then it means “12 Jul 2018”. That would be exactly 3 months after the “Return of final meeting” was filed by the liquidator on 12-Apr-2018.

Thanks @dmw, so it seems that even the date in beta product is incorrect.

It is not unusual for Dissolution Dates to be visible on the Filing History ahead of time but only by up to seven days or so (and not months as in this case); I suspect that this has to do with the way that scheduling Gazette publication is done ahead of time.

Trying to second guess the CH process, this one would normally have been dissolved on 12/07/2018 - three months after Return of final meeting but that did not happen. The delay, or oversight, was picked up very recently and three months in advance notice gives us the 12/07/2019 that is visible.

Would that we understood the full process or could see the process maps!
