We are getting HTTP Status - 403, while invoking the stream API (https://stream.companieshouse.gov.uk/insolvency-cases). The call is triggered via proxy servers (IPs listed below). Overall, we have triggered less than 5 requests till now. Do we need to whitelist the IP addresses?
