This person was appointed as an LLP Member of a law firm on 8-Sep-2008 and resigned the same day. At the time, he was apparently about 1 month old, having been born in August 2008. The appointment form was incorrect.
The 1-Nov-2008 annual return shows that his date of birth is 11-Aug-1973 and he was still a member at that time. I don’t know when he resigned.
Please can you rectify this?
