I would like to try and see companies that have recently been ‘updated’ with a filing for ‘Resolution of allotment of securities’. (Rather than going through all companies to check?)
Please would anyone be able to advise on the best way to go about this?
Or even a ‘most recently’ updated API call to bring back updates regardless of the type?
If this is available via bulk download that would also be fine.
