Does new confirmation statement requires only the following

2015-08-30 true

The previous xml submission included the informations regarding PSCs,Shareholders etc…, Can anyone confirm how the new xml submission works.

The Confirmation Statement (CS01) was amended in line with the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering legislation on 26th June 2017.

From this date, it was no longer possible to advise, change or withdraw PSC details on the CS01. PSC related filing are now required to be advised on the relevant statutory forms PSC01 to PSC09.

Please note that the CS01 is still used for advising SIC and shareholder changes.

Thanks for the update.

Regarding the currency, it says iso3currency. Can you please let us know the format for that. Right now I could not find that any basetype schema

Except review date and state of confirmation all others are optional. Is it ok to send these to alone and submit a confirmation statement.
