This person, known only as “LEE”, was appointed 28-Jun-1991, resigned 13-Sep-1993, and was subsequently born [again] in July 1994. The records are not accessible online to figure out what went wrong here.

I have had a reply from the integrity dept:-
The director is Antoinette Dorothea Evelyn Lee.
I will send you the annual return from 1979, and a print of the London Gazette from 1994 confirms the director is now deceased – passed away in 13 Sept 1993.
To conclude, I would leave the DOB data as it is – because it would be correct to assume that the director was born in 1894.

Many thanks - but her DOB in UKCH is July 1994 so it is about 100 years later. I’ve checked the UK death register which records her DOB as 27-Jan-1896, however this is probably 2 years out, as the 1939 E&W Register records her DOB as 27-Jan-1898 and she is more likely to have known her age when she was 41.
