Phantom person named "* * " born in May 1936

Please see this list of appointments as director of 3 different companies:

The person’s name is “* *” born in May 1936. I have checked all the filings for the 3 companies (except one for which the early filings are offline) and there is no evidence that anyone born in May 1936 was appointed as a director, whether at incorporation or subsequently.
Please remove these erroneous records and investigate how they came to be inserted.
