It appears that when a PLC (public limited company) changes type to a private limited company (for example, because it has delisted from a stock exchange and become a wholly-owned subsidiary), then CH Beta does not record the previous name, but WebCheck does. An example is this company now known as “CABLE & WIRELESS LIMITED”
The history in WebCheck shows that it was named “CABLE AND WIRELESS PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY” until 23-Mar-2010. Please can CH Beta show such changes?
