Server blocked?

Hi,

Our API requests have all been failing since yesterday with a cURL response of ‘Couldn’t connect to server’. We’re only sending two requests per minute so it shouldn’t be rate limiting, and I have tested it on a different server and the request is returned as normal.

Is it possible for our server to have been blocked in some way?

I am currently working with REG Uk Ltd and we have experienced the same issue over the past 24 - 36 hours. We now have a large backlog of companies that have not been updated with the latest information.

Sorry, not yet. I am waiting for the network team to provide a list from the firewall. Due to security procedures, this can take a while.
