Is there a process by which Companies House API keys can be transferred from one individual’s account to another when a staff member changes role? Do keys have to be regenerated?
You can change the email associated with the account, i.e. transfer ownership. This can be done through our beta site
If you log into this site and then click “your details” there is an option to change email address. This will allow you to transfer the account, including API keys, to another email address. The email address you wish to transfer to cannot be already registered.
