We are trying to connect our instance of Contract Express application to Companies House and it doesn’t seem to be working.
Contract Express vendors (Thomson Reuters) have done some testing for us and the problem seems to be with the API key that was generated by Companies House.
Would it be possible for me to send you the API key to check?

it would be helpful if you could provide more details as “doesn’t seem to be working” is too vague.
Do not post keys or passwords obviously, but how you call us and the actual (with apikey set to xxxx’s) call you are doing.
There are many experts on this forum who will be able to spot the issue fairly quickly if you have more details, like errors messages etc.
