For Organisations that use Companies house data for testing from outside UK (from offshore locations), how the testing has been carried out, as there are GDPR restrictions
What other clients of Companies house do if their testing is based offshore and they have to use companies house data, is there any approval process or any companies house guidelines in place for using the data outside UK ??
Has anyone come across this situation of using the Companies house data (for testing purposes) from outside UK? Please do suggest ?? How it is handled by organisations in the past ??
