I want to become company formation agent. Where can i get the api for that?

Can I register a company using the API?

You can't form companies through the API (yet, it's supposed to be coming, but I wouldn't expect it for a while). Currently you can incorporate through the XML gateway. Try: http://xmlgw.companieshouse.gov.uk http://xmlforum.aws.chdev.org for more information

Where can i find the guidelines for developers to submit information to CH for company incorporation?

You’ll want a copy of the current TIS (Technical Interface Specification). I’m not sure if it’s downloadable anywhere, you may have to request it.
