Document API 500 Response

This morning my organisation started receiving 500 responses from the Document API.

The same api key works on other parts of the service and the request we’ve been trying to do has been working for a long period of time before this with no changes. Are there any current issues with the API?

You’re not the only one (which is always a relief). We’re getting it on all document calls.

Any update from CH on this issue? Any idea when it will be resolved?
