Hitting API rate limit

Hi,

We’re repeatedly hitting the 600 requests per 5 minute slot during peak hours and wondered if increasing this is a possibility?

I have been have the same problems as Robert, getting limited by the 600 request call. Can I discuss increasing the request limit?

Hi there,

I am also facing the same issue re: API call limits. I have emailed with my use case but have yet to hear back. Would be great to progress this to see if we can increase the limit.
