List of all values supported by Companies House for Officer officer_role?

I was wondering if you have a list of valid values that are returned in the officer_role field? Also, how often do these values change?

Officer Roles are in CONSTANTS.YML

I wouldn’t expect them to change very often. Unfortunately there isn’t anyway to track changes beyond keeping an eye on them and this forum.

I asked impementing some kind of feed or changelog, And they said they’d look into it and let us know, but that was in 2015 and I’m still waiting!

Lack of notification about enumeration mapping updates is a serious issue

I'm assuming your internal system use some kind of live mapping documents so changes and ammendments are live as you update (or something along those lines). However, we don't have access to anything like this and are completely reliant on whatever static files are in the repository at any given time. This means that whenever they are updated we need to update our own systems either with new files or by converting the files into some kind of up-to-date dictionary. We have no way of knowing whe…
