Missing companies in bulk accounts data files

Hi,

We have analysed the bulk financial files http://download.companieshouse.gov.uk/historicmonthlyaccountsdata.html

Some companies however such as Staffline Group PLC don't seem to appear in any files?

Is there a specific reason and if so how to tell if they are excluded?

https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/07747704/filing-history here is another example they filed their 2019 Accounts in Aug 2020 but there is not file for this company in that batch.

Sorry for the delay, I have been searching for these accounts in the electronically submitted lists...
BUT these have not been filed electronically as data, so they will not be in this product.
The page http://download.companieshouse.gov.uk/en_accountsdata.html states at the top of the page:-
"The Accounts Data Product is a free downloadable ZIP file, which contains the individual data files (instance documents) of company accounts filed electronically."
