OAuth 2.0 authentication for API Filing functionality

The authorisation guide here: https://developer-specs.company-information.service.gov.uk/guides/authorisation refers to the API Filing Functionality (bottom right of page) however both links (one for the OAuth guide and the other for API Filing functionality) lead to a 404 pages here (for the filing functionality)

Is the end-point for filing live and if so could you please fix the links?

The end-point for filing is NOT live yet.
This is documentation to give developers advance notice of the functionality that is planned for release very soon.
The documentation may not be complete and is subject to change of course.

Any time-scales on when both the API and the linked documents will be live? For the latter, I do not see reason why the documentation cannot be available well in advance of the API going live.
And yes, I am very much aware it is developer documentation.
