Is there a way to find out when a PSC changes?
I’m interested in when organisations are merged or acquired, and so the PSC changes.
(I’m not interested in PSCs who are individuals, just those that are companies)

One way would be to use the Streaming API PSC stream:
There’s a PSC bulk download also, which would be another way.
If you were hoping for just a simple search / notification on that particular change for a limited list of companies I’m not aware of one. If you had a tiny list of companies to check I guess you could poll the PSC lists via the Public Data API and check for changes …
