Hi,
We are in testing with the CompaniesHouse API but we seem to get random 403 errors on GET requests for searching companies. The 403s happen in ~3 second bursts with no obvious pattern of occurrences.
We are a large company so there is a chance that we are calling from several IP addresses, but we have no IP whitelisting so I can’t think that of being a problem.
Here is an example of a pattern of failures:
• 2019-10-21 16:29:03.000
• 2019-10-21 16:29:01.000
• 2019-10-21 16:29:00.000
Is there anything obvious to you that may be the problem? I couldn’t find anything else on the forum which seemed like the same issue. I’m happy to give more information via email.
