I’m getting SSL errors when using the Document API - looks like the certificate has expired. It’s all working fine over http, but not https.

we had to rebuild some services today. I will check if that has caused any issues.

We have an API integration with Company Check. We’ve been getting 504 errors from their company and director endpoints since around 12pm today. Still are. Is this related and are you aware of any issues from their end?

We are experiencing issues retrieving information. Is everything up and running, is anyone else experiencing issues?

Also experiencing the SSL problem retrieving documents - an update would be very much appreciated please!

AWS had a major outage yesterday and some components of our service still seem to be affected. We are attempting to rectify these issues.

So sorry for the delay, but I have just fixed the certificate issue.
Yesterday we switched our document service over to the backup, but the ELB was still configured with the certificate that expired in April.
