Timed out requests

Hi guys,
I am trying to work with your APIs, but I am currently stuck with having my requests time out, I thought you might have blocked access from our office (pub. IP: 85.255.236.249). I cannot even access the website from our network. Could you please help me solve this issue?

I can confirm that IP address is NOT banned.
If you cannot access beta.companieshouse.gov.uk you will need to speak to your IT team.
As a check, try from your phone on 3/4G, NOT your office wifi.
