What is the logic for showing or not showing returns overdue?

Hi,

I am trying to figure out the logic for when companies house shows returns overdue or not on their website. I assumed the logic would be that when the Returns.NextDueDate in the bulk download is in the past then this would show but this doesn’t seem to always be the case. Does anyone know when this shows?
