Confirmation statement when DS01 accepted

Hello, everyone.

I have to fill out a confirmation statement for my company by the 9th of March. However, I have also applied to close the company. The company already has the First Gazette for voluntary strike-off with a date to struck off and dissolve the company 08/04/2022. My question is, do I still need to fill out the confirmation statement?

Hi, this is probably not the best place to pose this question as it’s a technical developers forum, however, I would think that as your company is already on the voluntary strike-off path you could just let it proceed down that route and not file your confirmation statement.
