Data issues with Scottish Limited Partnerships

We’ve been made aware of a few Scottish Limited Partnerships with incorrect & missing data - eg former names, partnership status. Is this due to systemic reasons or just a data quality / manual input issue?

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/SL020492 - overview page says it’s active, Filings History page say it’s been dissolved.

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/SL016926 or SL017601
Overview page says they’re active, Previous names not provided. Filings History page say they were dissolved and that there was a name change.

Webcheck has the previous names listed, but also incorrectly shows them as “Active”

Sorry for the delay in responding. Hust to let you know that this is being looked at and I will get back to you.

The previous names issue has been resolved. A hang over from data migration issues.
Limited Partnership can not be dissolved in the way LTD/LLP companies are as there is no mechanism to do so under the Limited Partnership Act. However we do at present have almost 2000 LPs marked as ‘converted/closed’ & ‘Dissolved’ on the register. This is a result of our historical process for dealing with LPs pre Companies Act 2006.
There is still some analysis work being carried out on Scottish Limited Partnerships to ensure data consistency going forward.
