Previous names - overlapping periods given for previous names

Company shows two overlapping periods for a previous name:

There is only a single documents filed containing both changes. These are correctly recorded on the same day (as per WebCHeck).

27 May 2003 A G SECRETARIAL LIMITED     -> A B & C SECRETARIES LIMITED
27 May 2003 A B & C SECRETARIES LIMITED -> A B & C SECRETARIAL LIMITED

WebCHeck shows:

I note that one filing covers both the changes.

It seems that the API is recording both the name changes on the same day as covering
the period back to the last change before that.
