Problem with the callback when getting the login token

when trying to receive a login token from identity.company-information.service.gov.uk/oauth2/app/prompt?request=… our system is struggling to get data from the login with the token, and returning a null reference exception.

Trying to get a point of contact at CH to help diagnose the issue. our sandbox environments are working fine, however our production access is returning error.

Hi Andy, could you let us know the scopes you’re requesting in your initial call into the CH auth system?

The scope that you’re using appears to be for internal applications only. Which action are you trying to take, I’d guess it’s probably not a scope you need?
