Submitting a company incorporation using model articles

Hi. I’m successfully submitting Company Incorporations with bespoke articles by setting <Articles>BESPOKE</Articles> and including the custom document under <Document>.

However if I change to <Articles>BYSHRMODEL</Articles> and therefore (I would have thought) omit <Document> I receive the error “No Document element present”.

I think you still need to submit a Memorandum of Association that identifies the subscribers. It’s just the Articles that aren’t required.
