`timepoint` value just after bulk update

What is the correct timepoint value after companies bulk update 2023-06-01

@chris.dimatteo I ended up with 2023-07-01 bulk update and timepoint 62911982 that happened sometime at 28 June

Did you also use the same value for the PSC or Officers stream ?

Nope (and it can’t be). I don’t listen for psc stream yet. And I don’t have bulk update file for officers stream either
