UK company number - overseas registered office

I would like some advice please

Company 10045113 is a UK birth type but now has a Netherlands registered office having changed it some months after incorporation.

Attempting an import to our system results in a rejection because the address fails to meet our address criteria that demand the registered office address to be located anywhere in England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland but not outside of the UK.

Is this an anomaly or should we expect to turn up more?

Thanks for this - I will look out for the outcome in due course.

I may just have another one for you - SG000028 was registered as a Scottish qualifying partnership on 23 August with a ZURICH service address and without any evidence of Scottish connections. Should this be so?
