403 Forbidden Errors

Hi,

please can you help advise of any changes or issues with the APIs. We’ve been getting 50% of our responses returning of 403 forbidden overnight and continuing this morning when accessing the company profile API and filing history API. The logs are showing the 403 errors have a server header with the value awselb/2.0. Is this an active issue being worked on?

Someone will contact you requesting your IP addresses as this looks like you are being denied access before you even get to our services.

Ok thanks, strangely the problem is intermittent though?
