Accessing Companies House Data for the 1st time

Request for information
[1] I want to understand the process for discussing technical API access to your Companies House XML services
[2] I want to understand the commercial terms with more clarity, helping to isolate the products and services I need to fulfil a client query
[3] I may then want to have technical clarifications (and to start with API documents to help self understand how integrate)
[4] I also want to understand company coverage

How can I start those conversations and get some quick answers/dialogue going? Note helpdesk sent me to this forum.

If you mean our older XML gateway service, that has its’ own forum, http://xmlforum.aws.chdev.org/
That is looked after by our XML gateway customer care team who can answer all of your questions, including how to apply for an account etc.

Hi there
I have no idea. I sent an email then phoned up to clarify and each time was sent here.
So I worry about your use of old XML gateway service.

in essence I am looking for advice on what I connect to to get the company data I want, I want to understand the data calls I need to make and what it will cost.
In other organisations I pick up the phone, people know and I get the answer there and then.

This seems far more complicated.
Where do I go next?

Mark. Are you able to guide me to what service options there are, which is the ‘new’ and where can I get a conversation going to isolate the data calls and costs?
