Authorization Key is not working

My API key is not working from a week. I regenerate new key still its not working. I am using this service from 3 years. Using this as endpoint “https://api.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/02075721/filing-history” for using new and existing key getting no result, there is no error generated.

How can I know my key is valid or not and how many days it will take to activate new key?

Is there any other support page where we can check already working key stop to working? Created another application key still its not working. Kindly anyone guide me here.
