I have had access to the bulk data product for a while, and was using it without issue, but recently I had to restart the processing from the original snapshot and noticed the file is missing from my FTP folder – I believe it got deleted as it was too old
Is there a way I could request a copy of a new snapshot file into my FTP folder, so I can resume from it?
