Bulk Data - Officer Details (again:-( )

Apologies for starting yet another thread on this - I got no reply when I added to a previous one.

I’m interested in accessing director details for a piece of sensitive research, and need offline/airgapped access to directors info. Is there any chance of getting a copy of a bulk download of the officer data for this purpose?
