Can we bulk download Officer/Director Data?

We would really like to get a bulk download of officer and directoral data.
Looking at other queries on this they don’t seem to have reached a resolution.
Is something like this possible even as a one off exercise?
At the minute the extraction is curtailed by the API throttling and the fact that you have to parse in the company number.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I’m aware of the bulk files available for company data (financial statements etc) but it’s really the officer/human data we’re keen for.
Reason being we would like to assist clients with the upcoming FCA-championed MiFID II regulation which mandates the need for responsible people within an organisation.
