Company Info Lag Time

Hi,
I work for a CRA providing customers with credit scores/limits and late filed accounts affect our score.

We ingest the company info streaming API.
If a company had an “accounts_next_due” of 1/4/24 and filed them on 1/4/24, would the streaming API deliver this info on 1/4/24, so that we would avoid rating them down for having late filed accounts.

filings are published to the filings stream as soon as they are accepted.
