Hi, we take a regular feed of the Director Bulk Data File (Prod216) in order to refresh our director data. Our website is public facing and we have had a couple of complaints from people who have asked Companies House to suppress their address information only to see it appear on our website.
The full address is appearing in the bulk data file, whereas only a partial postcode is visible via the RESTful API or the Web UI.
There does not appear to be any flag in the bulk data file that indicates that the address should be suppressed.
Can someone advise if there is a separate file available containing address suppression requests or whether this data should be in the bulk data at all?
I don’t want to post the specific example in a public forum for obvious reasons but I can give the details if required.
