I’m Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), We’re in the process of selecting the right account to facilitate the creation of limited companies as a business service. We’re considering the lender account because it mentions that it’s for agents forming companies for others, but we’re not actually lenders. Is this the correct account for our needs?
Here are the options we have:
- Application for a presenter credit account – for filing documents with a fee
- Application for a presenter account – for filing documents without a fee (used only for filing company accounts)
- Application to register as a lender – for filing electronic charge documents
Any guidance on which account would be best suited for our purposes would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
