HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

API Issues

I can access my API from from my local desktop, however when I access it through Azure I am receiving:-

HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

It seems I am being blocked, is there anyway I can send you my IP addresses for whitelisting.
