My company’s API rate limit is 600 requests in a 5 minute period. Unfortunately due to multiple use cases for CH Query API and despite optimisations and use of Streaming API, we are sometimes getting 429 Too Many Requests
We use CH query API for 3 main reasons:
- Onboarding: getting all required information when company onboards
- Event Driven review - that is triggered by Streaming API, but we do multi-point reviews so need to make a couple of requests per business when Streaming API notifies us of a change
Can I please request to increase the limit as soon as possible? Thank you
