I’m a product manager at TaxDome. We’ve already built a successful practice management tool for our US clients. We’re now adapting our system for the UK market.
We have chosen to integrate with Companies House to simplify client data management for our UK clients. We expect to release this integration this September.
Our UK customers have an average of 1200 clients. We expect them to update their client data on a regular basis. Our calculations show that with the current limits, they have to wait over an hour to update their client data.
We want to provide an excellent user experience for our UK customers, so we would like to ask you about increasing the API rate limits from 600 to 1800. Can you help us with this?
