There has been an issue with the officer streaming API.
It started on 3rd October 2023, 10:17hrs. Only the officers stream was affected.
The stream stopped sending out updates until approximately 16:00hrs today (4th October 2023)
The stream is back on but we have approx 26 hours of missing updates.
We are working on a fix to get them sent out, however this will take a couple of days.

Between 09:40hrs and 10:50hrs today (6th Oct 2023) we have sent out the missing (approx 23,520) transactions through the officer stream.
There are a few DELETEs that still need to be investigated.

How can we filter to get the Active Officers only?
We have streamed the remaining DELETEs on Sat 21st Oct at approx 08:08hrs.
They will have empty data sections, but the resource_uri will contain data.
Here is an example:-
