Hi @MArkWilliams we are an existing customer and have been receiving Prod 198 (Company Appointments Update) for over 18 months.
We’ve just spotted our daily processing has failed to run for many months (and the update files on the FTP server have been deleted due to age) so we are in urgent need of a full snapshot (Prod 195) as our data is problematically stale.
Could somebody please get in contact with me via email as none of my previous 3 contacts have responded.
