Hi there I work in Data architecture for an OGD, we were wondering if the rate limiting still applies? If not what is the process for getting it lifted?

The short answer is, yes, rate limiting applies to everyone, however, I will PM to arrange a discussion as there are other potential alternatives for accessing our data, depending on what you are trying to do.
