With version 3.0 of the Incorporation schema I see the additional flag RegistersHeldOnPublicRecord.

There is a min occurrence on this node of zero, so presumably if this is not supplied then the default will be that the company will maintain it’s own registers (as is currently the case)?
Also can a company elect to have a part of the register held digitally at Companies House?
