Test company generator and info endpoints not working

Hi, is any one else facing an issue while using test company generator and info endpoints in the sandbox environment? Been down for a week now and calling/emailing them is not helping - would appreciate any suggestions on how to contact a relevant person in Companies House

Apologies, there is an issue with the sandbox environment.
A recent major upgrade is the cause and we are working on a fix.

Hey @MArkWilliams thanks for chiming in, is there an ETA or timeline of sorts we can expect for the availability of the sandbox environment?

We have found the issue and working on the fix. When that passes test it will be deployed to live. We are hoping that will be by 3rd Oct 2024

Sorry, we have no release date yet.

There is a fix and has just passed testing, so a live deployment is being planed for this week.

Thanks for the update @MArkWilliams, we just checked and the test company generator endpoint is working but upon deeper testing we found out that the sandbox oauth login is not working.
